Our Consultants are experienced in the appraisal of all types of commercial and corporate real estate, including manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, multifamily, healthcare and special purpose properties (governmental, institutional, hotel/motel and conference centers). We also assist Clients in valuing partial interests, reviewing appraisals, valuing corporate assets for current "mark to market" value accounting as well as offering guidance for corporate appeals of property tax assessments and classifications.
