Aanand performs valuations of tangible assets for a variety of financial reporting purposes including purchase price allocation, IFRS/ASPE adoption and impairment analysis.  Aanand’s valuation analyses are also used to assist clients with insurance placement, arranging collateral financing, creation and maintenance of tangible asset records, tax filing and depreciation studies.

Since 2000, Aanand has completed a wide range of tangible asset valuations throughout Canada, Costa Rico, Mexico, South Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Aanand joined American Appraisal in 2008.
