Ag is a director of business development. He assists publicly traded and closely held companies as well as public sector clients with valuation, advisory and fixed asset management issues relating to financial reporting (including purchase price allocation, IFRS/ASPE adoption and impairment testing); insurance placement; mergers and acquisitions; collateral financing; tax reporting; liquidation and other divestiture purposes.  

Prior to joining American Appraisal in 2009, Ag spent several years in business development roles with CIBC World Markets, IBM Global Business Solutions and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
