Angel is a director in the financial valuation practice. She has performed valuation analyses of business enterprises, private equity, intangible assets (in-process research and development, technology/software, trade names, contracts, noncompete agreements, and customer relationships), inventory and accounts receivable.  Her valuations have assisted clients with Canadian and US tax reporting, as well as with financial reporting under Canadian, US and international reporting standards.

Angel has assisted in authoring an expert witness report for testimony in US Bankruptcy Court.  She has provided valuation services for clients whose securities have been regulated by Canadian provincial securities commissions and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Angel joined American Appraisal as a senior valuation consultant in the New York office in 2004, and transferred to Toronto in 2006.  Before joining American Appraisal, Angel served as a senior associate for Arthur Andersen LLP’s Valuation Services Group; the Corporate Services division of DoveBid Valuation Services, Inc.; and Huron Consulting Group.
