Bart is a managing director of business development in Arizona, New Mexico, and the southern half of Texas.

He addresses clients’ valuation needs in a wide range of service areas, including purchase price allocation, federal tax planning, property insurance, ad valorem tax, fairness and solvency opinions, and studies for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Among Bart’s clients are Fortune 1000 companies, law and accounting firms, insurance brokers and healthcare providers. He has served clients in various industries including oil and gas, minerals and mining, healthcare, power generation, high technology and hospitality.

Bart joined American Appraisal in 1986 and has been in his current position since 1994.  Previously, he worked at Gulf Oil in various operations analysis and corporate planning positions. Prior to that, Bart spent five years as a Marine Corps aviator and two years flying for Air America in Laos.
