Brad is a director for the fixed asset management and insurance practice and the national director of property insurance appraisals for both the religious and airport sectors.  He has valued numerous 19th- and 20th-century churches and cathedrals, and currently coordinates with appraisers from six American Appraisal offices to ensure accurate, consistent, and quality valuations. He has also appraised and valued significant airport terminals and related aviation structures throughout the United States.

In addition, he has performed numerous insurance, accounting (GASB 34) and property records engagements for the public sector, valuing assets such as buildings, land, land improvements, infrastructure, and water/wastewater facilities/systems.  

Brad joined American Appraisal in 2002. He has been a manager since 2006 and was promoted to his current position in 2011.
