Elena is a managing director in the real estate valuation practice. She has undertaken numerous domestic and international valuations of commercial and industrial real property in accordance with Russian, US and international valuation standards. These include projects for financing and insurance purposes as well as for financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.

Prior to joining American Appraisal in 2006, Elena worked for STK Prok as a financial manager and for Mojka 22 Kempinski Hotel as a revenue auditor.
