Eric is an assistant vice president of the real estate valuation practice. He leads and manages valuation assignments, implements internal company policies, and coordinates with staff in Hong Kong and China.

Eric is a Registered Professional Surveyor with extensive experience in the valuation of real estate. He is actively involved in the valuation of different types of properties including land, commercial, industrial and residential properties in China, Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region for a wide range of purposes such as initial public offerings, joint venture negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, and others.

Prior to joining American Appraisal, Eric served as an Associate Director in the Investment Management Division of Cushman & Wakefield Investors Asia. Previously, he worked with Bank of China Group Investment Ltd. as a Project Manager responsible for the acquisition of nonperforming assets in China, Hong Kong and Macau. He has also worked for CB Richard Ellis Ltd. and Jones Lang LaSalle handling real estate related valuation and advisory services.
