Herb is a national managing director responsible for all aspects of the Canadian operations. He consults with clients in the public and private sectors to resolve a wide range of issues relating to valuation, transaction consulting and fixed asset management.
Prior to joining American Appraisal in 1983, Herb held various positions in insurance, banking and corporate finance.
