Ingo is managing director for the Central European operations. He serves as project manager and executive in charge of domestic and international engagements. He also serves as a member of American Appraisal’s global strategic advisory board and the global technical committee.
In the fields of M&A and corporate finance, Ingo has served multiple industries and executed a broad variety of projects, including classical midmarket M&A transactions, IPO advisory services, divestment advice and execution, strategic advisory, business plan development, restructuring advice, cash management and others.
Ingo has extensive experience in the field of business valuation and the valuation of intangible assets including software, customer relationships, license agreements, technology, patents, trademarks and trade names, and in-process research and development. The purposes of these valuations include merger and acquisition, purchase price allocation, fairness opinion, divestiture, pre-transaction consulting, international tax planning, and insurance.
He has served corporate clients in a number of countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Ingo first joined American Appraisal in 2002 as senior manager of the financial valuation group. Previously, he worked in the field of corporate finance and M&A. During his employment as managing director of an M&A consulting company, he was responsible for more than 25 transactions in Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, and Italy. These engagements related to the petrochemical, mechanical engineering and information technology industries.
