Jay is a principal of the financial valuation practice. He assists in conducting research assignments, meeting clients, performing inspections and preparing valuation reports. He is actively involved in a wide range of business research and valuations including trademarks, technology, and other intangible assets for the purposes of sales, acquisitions, mergers, financial reporting, financing and allocation of purchase price. He has supervised the completion of many assignments in China and Hong Kong.
