John is a director of the healthcare services practice for the fixed asset management and insurance practice. He assists municipal and healthcare clients in developing fixed asset databases to satisfy governmental accounting, auditing, and financial reporting; GAAP; federal grant reporting; reimbursement determination; property management; insurance; and internal planning requirements.  He has also participated in appraisal assignments requiring value determination for financing and transfer of ownership needs.

In addition, John is involved in the computerization of data collected into mainframe or PC software systems to allow sorting and total presentation supporting financial statement preparation.

John joined American Appraisal in 1984 and has held various consulting and management positions. He has been in his current position since 2008.
