Kevin Reilly, ASA

Kevin is a senior manager providing direction and technical support on special-purpose and multiproperty/multidiscipline valuations. He has valuation experience in ad valorem tax, allocation of purchase/sale price, studies for fair market value in continued use and in exchange, leasing, and financing.  Advisory services he performs include litigation support and expert testimony, market research, lifing studies and condition studies.

Properties he has appraised include power plants, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, telecommunications networks, airlines, automobile manufacturers, refined product terminals and general manufacturing and support facilities.

Kevin has knowledge of detailed part design, manufacturing processes, electrical design, portfolio management, and technical stock analysis.  He gained design engineering experience in electromagnetic solenoids and dispensing valves while at Deltrol Controls Corporation, and is credited with US Patent No. 6,684,901B1, Modular Liquid Dispensing Valve.

Kevin first joined American Appraisal in 2002 and has been in his current position since 2009.  He has also worked with Duff & Phelps as a property tax consultant advising clients on various valuation needs, and with UBS PaineWebber as a financial consultant.
