Lynn is a managing director of business development in the Northeast.  She works with clients in Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island, directing business development and client communication for insurance consulting firms/brokers, healthcare entities, educational institutions, governments and utilites in the Mid-Atlantic region.

With more than 15 years in the valuation industry, Lynn has been involved in numerous valuation engagements for both public and private sector clients.  She has consulted on a variety of property appraisals for purposes of audit and regulatory compliance, insurance valuations and fixed asset management.
Lynn has been a business development manager for American Appraisal since 1992.
