Mark is the senior managing director of the fixed asset management and insurance practice and the national director for the fixed asset inventory and reconciliation practice.

Mark assists manufacturers, telecommunication leaders, universities, healthcare systems, and state and local governments in developing accurate fixed asset records to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; GAAFR; GAAP; federal grant reporting; property management; insurance; reimbursement determination; and internal planning requirements.  He also has expertise in market value studies for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other divestitures within the healthcare community.

Mark is also involved with computerized reconciliations and the creation of reports utilizing multiple software systems.  In addition, he works directly with clients on converting fixed asset reports into their respective software platforms.

Mark joined American Appraisal in 1997. In 2011, he was named senior managing director of the fixed asset management and insurance practice. Prior to joining American Appraisal, Mark was an insurance associate for Aflac.
