Masaaki is a senior vice president in the marketing group. He is responsible for business development and has experience with real estate appraisal and debt and equity financing for governments, global enterprises and funds.

Masaaki joined American Appraisal in 2006 and has since been engaged in business development.  Prior to joining American Appraisal, he worked with Citigroup Japan and Mitsubishi Trust & Banking, where he was mainly engaged in cross-border financing and investment.  Chief Sales Officer was his position at Citi Japan, where he took a consultative approach to clients by presenting possible solutions.
