Nathan is a senior manager for the financial valuation practice. He participates in and manages engagements for the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, capital stock, and business interests including equity and debt securities. His assignments have involved due diligence with client management, industry research, comparative financial analyses of public and private companies, discounted cash flow and market multiple analyses, and lifing study analyses. These valuation engagements have been for corporate restructuring and tax planning, gift and estate taxes, financial reporting, solvency and fairness opinion, purchase price allocation, fresh-start accounting and equity position purposes.
In 2007, Nathan joined American Appraisal as an associate appraiser in the financial valuation practice; he was promoted to consultant in 2008, to senior consultant in 2010, to manager in 2012, and to his current position in 2014. Nathan’s previous experience includes corporate accounting and financial reporting with Advanced Healthcare.
