Pavel is a director of the industrial valuation practice. He has undertaken industrial property valuation assignments in most major industrial sector and is a member of the American Appraisal Global Extractive Industries Team.

Prior to joining American Appraisal in 2004, Pavel worked as a design engineer at design-engineering bureau Vympel and as a service engineer in the Liebherr Werk Nenzing department of Liebherr Russland Ltd.
