Prasert is the group real estate valuation manager. He has completed valuations of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, hospitals and industrial buildings for purposes such as financing, joint venture, sale/purchase, accounting and insurance placement.

Prasert joined American Appraisal in 1988. He was promoted to real estate valuation manager in 1992 and group real estate valuation manager in 2009.
