Richard is a director for the financial valuation practice. He has expertise in the valuation of businesses, business interests, equity, and intangible assets for purposes including but not limited to financial reporting, estate and gift tax, employee stock ownership plan reporting, purchase and sale, recapitalization, allocation of purchase price, corporate taxation and goodwill and asset impairment.

Richard has completed valuations of:

Richard joined American Appraisal in 1998. He has been a manager since 2005 and was promoted to his current position in 2011.  Previously, he was a marketing analyst for Household Credit Services.
