Ricky is a senior vice president and director of the financial valuation practice. He performs valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets in Asia.  He also provides advisory services including finance- and market-related research.  In addition, he manages valuation teams to carry out due diligence work.

Ricky has been involved in valuation services for the purposes of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and public listing for more than 10 years. He has also performed valuations in compliance with IAS and US financial accounting and tax filing purposes for Chinese and multinational companies. In addition, Ricky has participated in several valuations related to IPOs and project financing to raise billions of Hong Kong dollars.

Ricky first joined American Appraisal in 1995 and has been in his current position since 2009.
