Rod is a managing director. He directs and coordinates business development, technical, administration, and accounting functions, as well as review of major appraisal engagements. Rod is involved in the review of all major appraisal reports including financial and business enterprise valuations for purposes of financing, joint venture, public listing, sale/purchase, accounting and insurance placement. 

Before joining American Appraisal in 1975, Rod worked with Philippine Refining Company, a subsidiary of Unilever in the Philippines, as a management trainee at the operations research department, as a production planner for the detergents division and as a production manager.  Rod has also worked as a financial/research analyst with an investment/management company.

Rod has been a guest speaker several times for seminars organized by Asia Business Forum.  He has also emceed the International Valuation Forum Bangkok - 2001, “Asset Valuation in Globalized Markets.”
