Ross is a managing director for the industrial valuation practice for the Oceania region. He has more than 20 years of experience performing asset valuations and consulting services regarding plant, infrastructure, and machinery and equipment.

Ross has provided specialist valuation advice to multinationals throughout Australia, Asia and Europe to aid in preparing taxation, financial, insurance and general valuation strategies.  He also has assisted clients with independent valuations and advice to support their positions on purchase price allocation, stamp duties and tax-consolidation-related issues.

Ross joined American Appraisal in 2008. Previously, he worked in Ernst & Young’s Sydney office, leading the plant and equipment valuation team as an executive director, and with Arthur Andersen, carrying out and managing valuation projects for government agencies and multinational corporations throughout Australia, Asia, and Europe. Early in his career, Ross worked at Rushton Valuers in Melbourne, gaining extensive experience in many industries throughout Australia.
