Russ is a managing director of business development. He assists clients in resolving valuation issues for a wide range of purposes including possible purchase/sale, purchase price allocations, mergers, federal income tax, financial reporting, property tax, insurance, estate planning and others.

His clients represent well-known companies in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, media and entertainment, technology, consumer products, food and beverage, biotechnology, transportation and financial services industries. Russ also has experience with private equity firms and their portfolios and portfolio companies.

Russ has worked in the valuation industry for more than 17 years, first joining American Appraisal in 1994.  He has served and focused on large multinational and middle-market clients in the Northeast. He was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen and in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice.
