Sheshank is a senior associate. He has managed and executed a range of financial advisory engagements for purposes including financing, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and tax reporting, and strategic assessment.

Sheshank has managed and worked on assignments including identification of IPR&D molecules for acquisition for the global portfolio of a major pharmaceutical company, investigation of sell/hold/invest strategic restructuring decisions, and determination of the acquisition price of an early-stage biotech company. He has worked on complex engagements such as purchase price accounting and tax restructuring projects where teams from multiple countries were working simultaneously.

Sheshank’s prior work experience includes a stint with Deloitte.
