Tim is the managing director of business development in the Midwest (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois).  With more than 25 years at American Appraisal, Tim has been involved with all types of engagements, from small single-site equipment appraisals to multinational, multibillion-dollar business combinations involving business valuations, machinery, real estate and intangible assets.

Tim has extensive experience serving automotive, chemical, steel, aviation, plastics, paper, energy, telecommunications and general manufacturing operations and businesses. Currently, he specializes in providing valuation solutions to the private-sector and healthcare communities.

Tim joined American Appraisal in 1986 and worked as an appraiser for several years. In 1989, he joined the business development group.
