Tina Lee

Tina is an assistant vice president of business development for the Greater China region. She develops and maintains client relationships with companies including multinational corporations, local and listed companies.  She also maintains a network of business partners including investment banks, accountants, lawyers and trade organizations.

Tina has been involved in many types of engagements including IPOs, M&A, joint ventures, financing, sale/purchase, restructuring, financial reporting/accounting and tax, among others. Before joining American Appraisal, Tina was an associate director of KPMG Financial Advisory Services in Taiwan, where she performed valuation exercises and provided recommendations for purposes of M&A, financial reporting, and internal portfolio management review. She also served as a senior manager in Accenture’s Hong Kong office, working on a wide range of strategic consulting engagements as well as envisioning and developing annual business plans for the Accenture Hong Kong Products Market Unit. Tina also has a strong background in business process re-engineering, operating model architecting, and supply chain management. In addition, she gained information technology experience while working as an analyst with Andersen Consulting Taipei.
