Ujjwal is an associate vice president. He has executed a range of engagements including real estate valuation, machinery and equipment valuation, fixed asset management, cost segregation studies, construction cost assessments and construction claims analysis. He has provided these services to assist his clients with financial reporting (US GAAP, Indian GAAP and IFRS), and federal and state tax reporting.

Prior to joining American Appraisal, Ujjwal served as a senior analyst at Deloitte in Hyderabad and as a senior engineer, execution and monitoring, for the leading consulting and construction company in India. His overall responsibilities included tangible asset valuation, fixed asset management, construction advisory, planning, scheduling and monitoring, quantity surveying, and inventory and vendor management.
