William is a principal of business development for the Hong Kong operations. He is responsible for the firm’s advisory business in Hong Kong and supports the business development activities for Hong Kong. The valuation advisory services include negotiation, coordination and execution of valuation assignments with the clients.  William also works closely with other valuation team heads to expand the firm’s client base through marketing initiatives.

William has been involved in the valuation of different types of properties including land, commercial, industrial and residential properties in China, Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region for different purposes such as initial public offerings, disclosable transactions, joint venture negotiations, accounting and auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and others.  He also has experience in handling multidiscipline valuation projects, which include real estate and machinery and equipment as well as intangible assets.

William joined American Appraisal in 1997, working with the real estate valuation practice. He joined the business development team in 2009.
